The equipment comes with standard warranty services, with special components like permanent magnets and anti-corrosion parts having their own dedicated warranties. Within the warranty period, if the damage isn’t caused by human error, we provide free parts and technical support, and we follow up on any issues throughout the process.

Annual dedicated maintenance services are available, including inspections of fans, packing, and heat exchangers, descaling and cleaning, equipment commissioning, and more. Regular checks help identify potential issues to ensure the equipment runs efficiently and reliably over the long term.

With support from BAC’s original factory technology and our own after-sales team, we promise emergency service response within 2 hours and on-site arrival within 24 hours to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

For regular high-flow industrial cooling, go with the S3000 cooling tower; if noise is a concern or space is limited, choose the HXVBB cooler; for energy-saving condensation, pick the CXVB/Vertex condenser. The whole range can be upgraded with permanent magnet drives and anti-corrosion coatings, and you can match them to your specific working conditions.

All equipment in the series is compatible with dual-mode ice storage cooling operation and can connect with automatic control systems. It also supports upgrading old heat exchange systems, allowing for energy-saving component upgrades and system optimization, with minimal downtime and improved heat exchange efficiency.

You need to provide the type of medium, flow rate, temperature difference between inlet and outlet, site dimensions, operating environment, and power supply conditions. Special requirements like corrosion, noise, or ice storage can be specified additionally. We will provide a dedicated selection and heat exchange technical plan within 2-3 working days.

Doesn’t include civil construction, but it provides technical parameters for civil work like equipment loads, foundation sizes, and installation spacing. It also gives a full set of construction recommendations, including piping layout, valve selection, and system coordination control.

The standard model has a delivery time of 4-6 weeks, while customized corrosion-resistant or permanent magnet models take a bit longer. Delivery includes the main equipment and key components, and we also provide installation dimensions, piping, civil construction, and electrical control support plans.

After the equipment arrives, professional technicians can be provided on-site to give a briefing and guide the equipment installation, takeover, and commissioning. Peripheral pipes, valves, and other auxiliary materials can be supplied as needed, making it a one-stop project solution.
